D1/MAR 23      MANILA / VENICE

Depart Manila on a prestigious airline for your overnight flight to Venice! Enjoy in-flight meals and entertainment on board.

 

D2/MAR 25      VENICE

Arrival in Venice. Meet and greet and transfer to Venice Tronchetto pier for your boat ride to romantic city of Venice Island. Visit to San Marco Square and admire Doge’s Palace, Byzantine St. Marl’s Cathedral, The Bell Tower, The Clock |Tower and the Bridge of Sighs. Nest is board your boat back to your coach and transfer to hotel for check-in, free time at leisure.

 

D3/MAR 26      VENICE – OUTLET – TRIESTE (B)

Breakfast then board your luxury private coach to Nobenta Outlet Shopping. Take the best time for your shopping in one of the largest outlet malls in Northern Italy. Afterwards, drive to Trieste for your half day guided city tour. Discover the roots of Trieste see the Cathedral of San Giusto, Teatro Verdi Opera House, Saint Spyridon Church and Church of St. Anthony.  Then transfer to hotel for check-in.

 

D4/MAR 27      TRIESTE – POSTOJNA – BLED – LJUBLJANA (B)

Hotel breakfast then proceed to cross the Slovenia Border for your half day guided city tour of Postojna, visit the famous Postojna Caves. Experience an unforgettable Underground train ride to the heart of the cave system. Then continue to Bled and have your medieval experience by having a guided visit at the infamous 1000-year-old Bled Castle. On your visit there, you may enjoy a magnificent view over the lake from the terrace and then tour the museum. Afterwards, go down the castle and have walk around the Lake Bled, and have a sight to the beautiful Bled Island, the centerpiece of Lake Bled. Lastly, have a sight at the Church of St. Martin, a Neo-Gothic church built in 1905. Afterwards, travel to Ljubljana and have a sight at the City Hall, then explore through the Baroque streets over the picturesque Triple and Dragon  Bridges, St. Nicholas Cathedral the beautiful churches, and the Robba Fountain, then transfer to hotel for check-in

 

D5/MAR 28      LJUBLJANA – ZAGREB – PLITVICE (B)

Enjoy your breakfast then continue to travel across the Croatian border for your sightseeing tour of Zagreb which includes the sacred Zagreb Cathedral, then pass by the Bloody Bridge St. which connect Gradec and Kaptol, two of the infamous towns of Zagreb. Later, explore and feel the medieval Zagreb at St. Mark’s Square, located in the old part of Zagreb. See the Croatian Parliament, Lotrcak tower, and Tkalciceva Street. Then continue to Plicice, enjoy your guided tour on a boat ride to the magnificent Plitvice National Park, a UNESCO’s World Natural Heritage list and one of the most beautiful natural phenomena in the world with 16 lakes connected by 92 waterfalls cascade through its picturesque surroundings, then return path is done by riding their panoramic train. Then check-in to hotel/

 

D6/MAR29       PLITVICE – SIBENIK – SPLIT – MEDJUGORJE (B)

After breakfast, travel to Sibenik for your sightseeing tour that includes Gospa van Grada, Monument of Kresimir IV, Sinenik City Hall, Cathedral of St. James, The Monastery of the Holy Luce, and St. Michael’s Fortress. Afterwards, continue to historic Split inner city which shows off the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World cultural Heritage site. See the remnants of Slit’s Roman heritage, it’s Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle and The Cathedral. Then Herzegovina border on your way to Medjugorje for your hotel check-in

 

D7/MAR 30      MEDJUGORJE – MOSTAR – MEDJUGORGE (B)

Enjoy your hotel breakfast then travel to Mostar, a UNESCO World Heritage site for your sightseeing tour and have the chance to admire its beautiful landmarks. Upon arrival visit the graceful Old Bridge with single span, the colorful Bazaar with the traditional handcrafts and see the Mosque and Turkish house. Then back to Medjugorje for a visit to the Apparition Hall and St. James Church. Rest of the day at leisure.

 

D8/MAR31 MEDJUGORJE – DUBROVNIK (B)

After breakfast, permit to the Old Town for pick-up and drop off. Enjoy a visit to the City Walls of Dubrovnik, considered to be amongst the great fortification systems of the Middle Ages. Explore the “Pearl of the Adriatic”, famous for being the setting of “Game of Thrones” film location. Admire the city by having a look at the features of it, have a photo stop that includes the Bell Tower Clock, then see a stone column, deeply carved in the form of an ancient knight known as the Orlando’s Column, and then placed directly in front of it is the Sponza Palace, then lastly, take a visit to the Holy Franciscan Monastery and Dominican Monastery.

 

D9/APR 01       DUBRONIK – KOTOR – TIRANA(B)

Enjoy an excursion by crossing the Montenegarian border through the fjord-shaped Bay of Kotor and guided visit to Romansque Cathedral old Saint Tryhon, one of two Roman Catholic cathedrals in Montenegro and the seat of the Catholic Bishopric of Kotor. Then continue cross the border of Albania to capital city of Tirana, known for its colorful Ottoman, Fascist and Soviet era architecture. Visit the Square and the National Historical Museum before check-in to hotel

 

D10/APR 02      TIRANA – OHRID – SKOPJE (B)

After breakfast, drive to cross the border to North Macedonia for your guided visit small resort city of Ohrid with entrance to Ancient Theatre and St. Soria Church. Afterwards transfer to capital city Skopje, upon arrival. Free time at leisure.

 

D11/APR 03      SKOPJE

Enjoy your full day guided to explore the city your guide. See the 15th century Stone Bridge connects the Ottoman Old Bazaar on the Vardar River’s North Bank with Macedonia Square and a statue of Alexander the Great to the south. The Skopje Fortress, or Kale, overlooking the river has defended the city for centuries and visit to St. Savior Church with stop at Memorial house of Mother Teresa. Balance of the day at leisure.

 

D12/APR 04      SKOPJE / MANILA (B)

Your memorable Balkan States tour concludes today after breakfast with a transfer to the airpost to take your flight back home.

 

D13/APR 05      MANILA

Arrival in Manila. Home Sweet Home.
